Free Screenings

Here’s an easy, no-obligation way to find out if the Center for Coping is for you. Take advantage of a Center for Coping free screening to determine to what degree you are affected by certain problems-- and what you can do about them.

What exactly is a free screening?

Most people today know they are under a lot of stress… and that it negatively affects their everyday lives and happiness. However, they don’t always know what to do about it. At your free screening, you’ll fill out a simple questionnaire and then sit with one of our professionals to review your answers. You’ll learn how and to what degree your problems are affecting you… and what you can do to improve your life.

Based on your personal results, you’ll leave our office with helpful coping strategies and materials which you can start using immediately to help minimize your problems, reduce your stress, and increase your happiness… and without any cost or obligation. It’s that simple!

Free screenings are provided for (but not limited to):

  • Stress (and post-traumatic stress)
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Relationships
  • Parenting
  • Job Satisfaction
  • Medical Illness
  • Bereavement

A Center for Coping Free Screening is:

  • Completely free of charge
  • Completely confidential
  • Completely without obligation
