The Coping Counselors at the Center for Coping provide a variety of services, ranging from one-on-one sessions to group counseling, workshops, courses, and coaching. All services are “action-oriented”. Our goal is to help you to solve problems and improve the quality of your life.

We use the word A.C.C.E.N.T. to summarize the programs and services provided by our Coping Counselors.
A - Activators – to get you started
Ready to start improving the quality of your life? Let us help you get “activated” with either of our two popular FREE services. They will give you the opportunity to better pinpoint your needs, let you know how we can help, and make it easy for you to decide if our Coping Counselors are for you. If so, you can start on your way to self-improvement immediately… and feel good about our partnership approach.
C - Counseling – individual and/or group
Thousands of individuals have benefited our short-term psychological counseling services. Individuals may seek counseling to help cope with anxiety, depression, loss of a loved one, living with a medical illness, or many other issues. A free initial consultation with one of our compassionate Coping Counselors will help you determine if counseling is appropriate for you.
C - Coaching – a little help… a big push
Do you know how beneficial personal life coaching can be? Our “Coping through Coaching” services are for people who need help in determining and/or reaching the goals they have set for themselves. Our free consultations will help you learn if coaching may be helpful to you. Individuals commonly seek coaching to improve self-esteem, enhance personal relationships, gain greater job satisfaction and eliminate procrastination, among other goals. Want to learn more? E - Education – learn the latest facts, information, and strategies
Workshops, seminars, and informational meetings, are all part of our effort to inform and educate people about different problems and coping strategies that can help in solving life’s daily dilemmas.
